All Rise Community (ARC) is where people who are willing, available, and determined to make a criminal justice impact come together: to learn from each other, lead better, and imagine what’s actually possible.
We’re not a classroom. What you’ll find instead is a small, serious group of people: students, advocates, and professionals, who’ve decided criminal justice is important to them and are ready to do the work of figuring out how.
Experiencing justice is believing.
People can’t build the kind of criminal justice system they can’t imagine, co-create, or experience.
Most of us encounter the justice system in pieces: a headline, a case, a single story. We rarely get the chance to sit with people who see it from different angles and ask, together, what if this actually changed?
ARC exists to create that room. Our first and only agenda is co-creating better justice together.
Fifty-minute break-out discussions on the questions that actually matter in criminal justice — not lectures, conversations. Small groups, real perspectives, and a chance to hear how someone else sees the same system you do. Experiences will be conducted most weeks, considering holidays and other factors for availability.
Every Experience runs the same length, starts and ends on time, and is built to help you leave with a sharper, more informed point of view than you walked in with.
Leadership here starts with yourself. Before you can lead peers, communities, or the broader justice ecosystem, you have to be whole, clear on who you are and what you bring. Our Leadership sessions follow that arc: leading self, then peers, then communities, then the systems around us. It's a progression, not a single skill, and it's one we build together.
This is where your thoughts live. What are the questions academics didn't teach you, the ideas you want to test, and the things you're still working out about justice. You post it; your peers weigh in. It's less structured than an Experience and more personal, the place where you find out you're not the only one thinking about something.
At certain points, we'll bring in guest speakers. Mostly these are people with firsthand knowledge of working in, or going through, the criminal justice system, speaking in their own authentic way. We don't have a set schedule yet, but when the right voice and the right moment align, we'll bring them into the room.
People who commit crimes should be accountable for their actions and no more. That belief, and the belief that justice is a fundamental right, sits underneath everything we build here.
All Rise Community isn’t open for general sign-up yet. We’re building this first stage deliberately, with a small group. The next opportunity to join won’t come until early 2027.
