Join the Impact

Real change happens when we work together

Each of our programs (and future programs) creates meaningful impact because people show up, contribute their skills, and build something bigger than any of us could alone. Whether you have an hour or want to commit long-term, there’s a place for you here.

We offer ongoing volunteer roles for those who want to be part of sustained change, and one-time projects for those who want to contribute in focused, meaningful ways. Explore what speaks to you and step into the work that moves justice forward.

Communities

Our communities are where change happens through conversation, connection, and shared purpose. This is the heart of everything we do, and impact grows when people show up and engage together.

Future Initiatives

Have an idea that could push criminal justice reform forward? We’re building a think tank of community members who identify needs beyond what currently exists and/or find ways to better support the work already happening at existing criminal justice non-profits.

If you have an initiative that aligns with Impartial’s mission and you consider “achievable”, we’d like to hear from you. Contact us and describe how your idea fits with our work.
